Vintage Silver Plate 4-in-1 Bar tool 

Vintage unique and hard to find 4-in-1 bar tool by Napier Company of Meriden, Connecticut -circa 1930's-designed by George DeCarlo. This unique tool-named "The Big Dipper" serves as a Jigger, Ice Scoop, Bottle Opener, and also as Tongs. The golden glow coming from the inside of the Jigger is beautiful with the silver plate. The jigger holds up to 4 OZ and has pour spouts on each side.

The condition is excellent with a couple of tiny and minor imperfections to the surface of the tongs, consistent with age.

Stamped on bottom, "Napier Pat Pend"
